A part of the site would need to be dynamic and open-ended, to capture what he was currently doing and to further develop some of its possibilities. Another part would have to be archival, putting on the web past commentaries and documents, for reference. Yet another part would need to incorporate the background, or “inside story,” behind his work. .
Sysco Technology's design met the challenge of diversity by creating separate sections by activity, but binding them together with a common format. The Home page, at the same time, incorporates the highlighting of current or feature work. The site over all is open-ended, allowing for future development and expansion without weakening the core design.
